There are a two trails through the jungle of Pangkor Laut and we were wondering if we'd see much wildlife. Unfortunately, we only scared one wild boar, but that's it, which was a bit surprising since there were so many animals right in front of our bungalow.
On the other hand, we don't want to run into a bunch of wild monkeys on the trail or some kind of snake falling on us. The hike itself was beautiful, although the heat was too much, especially when we had to climb that steep hill. We would recommend doing the jungle hikes on the island super early in the morning.
