Wrapped under the silver glow of moonlight, a woman waits for someone, a single candle flame flickering defying sometimes quiet. On the other hand, me apart, she was not. Having a steadfast and patient friend dog, at her side could prove to be a true friend in such a solitary venture.
an animal so dark and shiny like the sky but no more than a dog, stayed with her in the camps all the time. the battery-operated glowing dome with this celestial ball circling it came a beloved gift that shined like the moon. Man's best friend, dog felt the loneliness and nervousness in her, hugged her tighter.
The woman found solace in the warm glow of the flame and the constant presence of dog. The shadows thrown on the walls only seemed to intensify this feeling of comfort. They didn't necessarily need words to communicate. There was a laid-back touch in their relationship which reverberated in the stillness of the night. The moonlight witnessed the connection that the lady and the dog developed in the loneliness - the part that only time cannot take away from them- indicating that women, candles, the moon and the faithful canine friend by no means African phrase to serve a dog adapter.
