𝑹𝒂𝒊𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑩𝒂𝒓: 𝑴𝒚 2025 𝑯𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝑮𝒐𝒂𝒍𝒔

Setting priorities right is the good way to start this year.

I made a recap of my activities last year and it's high time I set new goals for 2025.

One thing that help me stay focused was seeing my Hive goals for the year pinned on my blog everytime. It was like a reminder to stay on my goals. Since 2024 is done and dusted is time to pin new goals on my blog.

Become A Dolphin

A baby doesn't remain a baby forever. As the years roll by, he begins to crawl and gradually walk. He quits breast milk and craves solid food.

In similar vein, I started as a red fish trying to navigate the sea of Hive and gradually I became a minnow. I would love to become a Dolphin in 2025 which is why I'm working so hard to reach that target. I know it takes a lot of effort to get there and I believe I can achieve anything I set my heart to.

Hit 8.5K Hive Power

I am currently at 4,473 HP and it's looking doable to hit 8.5k HP at the end of the year even though my 2025 will be a very busy one. I'll be attending a Fashion school for an upgrade which will make it a little bit hard to engage as much as I would love to. But I will try my best to meet up with the goal.
@ph1102 wants me to aim for 10k HP, I like how much he motivates me and yes that's also doable. Like last year, I aimed for 3K HP but ended with 4k+ , so 10k HP Can still be attainable, I will never say never.

Reach 75 Reputation

I know as the reputation climbs, each level gets harder to unlock but I hope I can achieve a reputation 75 at the end of 2025.

Save 300 HBD

If I can save at least 0.850 HBD every day I'll achieve this and even have an extra 10 HBD on it. Saving my HBD helped me to be very disciplined, prudent and financially secured. I also enjoyed the 15% APR rate throughout last year. So I'll love to continue on that path.

Build Great Connections

I choose to focus on building more connections this year than merely engaging just to build my engagement portfolio.

I want to make more friends around the world, this means I'll try to visit newer communities I've never been to before, find post that resonates with me and genuinely engage on them.

Maintain Old Friendships

Cheers to two years on the blockchain with amazing friends here on Hive making each day a reason to wake up and show up.

I won't take the old friends I've made for granted. Communication is a fuel to maintaining friendships, so I'll stay consistent on trying to see how they are doing from time to time and support them with my comments or upvotes.

I hope at the end of the year I can look back at this goal and smile like I did for last year.
