Good day my fellow hivers, I believe we all are doing great and wonderful. So today been 26th of June after doing my cleaning I decided to talk about something here that is related to cleaning as well. Actually we all have been hearing about it from childhood, even back then in primary school and secondary school as well and even up to this time of our life.. What is it if nit of "HYGIENE"
I Will use this medium to reintroduce hygiene to us and relate it to cleaning as well...
WHAT IS HYGIENE??
Hygiene is the practice of keeping yourself and your surroundings clean, especially in order to prevent illness or the spread of diseases.
These hygiene can be classified into many groups we have :-
•Environmental hygiene.
•Food hygiene.
•Personal hygiene.
•Medical hygiene.
And as we all know personal hygiene simply means cleaning your body every day such as washing your hands with soap and water after going to the toilet,brushing and flossing your teeth twice a day,covering your mouth and nose with a tissue (or your sleeve) when sneezing or coughing.
Then let me now talk about environmental hygiene this involves the removal of dirt and germs from surfaces, so that the environment is a clean and hygienic space for individual living in it..
So let us promote the environmental hygiene by performing our daily cleaning activities.
