The @actifit day started with a walk through the Sunday swap meet, and the first thing I had to buy was this $1 blue hand gripper. I actually exhausted both hands squeezing the hand gripper during my first walk through.

It rained off and on most of last night so we got a lot of lower elevation snow on the Sierras.

Most of today's steps were accumulated walking and running around the house with the boys.

I'm exhausted of being stuck in the house because of rain, so I'm excited about the future days of dry skies.

I actually spent a few hours watching older B1G collegiate wrestling.
