Hey hivers! Are you a fan of boxing or sports in general? If yes, then this place is especially for you. Last Friday, i went to Ayala Central Bloc to meet my friend. Since it was the last day of the work week, the mall was a little crowded and all the restaurants were full. Luckily we saw this restaurant, Buffalo Brad's Sports Lounge, which had lesser queueing line but still a lot people eating inside the restaurant. So we decided to dine here even if we're not sure if their menu is tasty.
The theme of this restaurant screams sports! The walls are covered with photograph of sports celebrities. One of the main attraction is the photograph of the Filipino boxing legend, Manny Pacquiao. The owner of this restaurant must be an avid fan of boxing since the counter bar also resembles that of a boxing ring.
We ordered their chicken wings in two different flavors, fries and carbonara pasta. Its safe to say, the food didn't disappoint us. We love all the dishes. For the drinks, i ordered coconut juice while my friend opted for iced tea.
While we were eating, a solo artist sang lively and up beat songs in the open mic. The downside of this is that we can no longer hear ourselves because of the loud music. There were even diners who requested a few songs which the singer gladly sang. By 8pm, the open mic ended.
There were some left overs in our order because we didn't expect the servings to be quite huge. We should've just ordered one tray of chicken instead of two. We took a short walk after the meal and had a great time.
