The freedom to be me ...

    That's who I am...

I started watching "how the crow flies” and at first I confess that it didn't get me hooked, until I noticed that hidden emotions in my unconscious decided to be removed, allowing real conclusions that involve my present, guaranteeing my peace by publishing a photo that surely statistics will tell me that 80% of the appreciations will be for criticism. And thank God, I don't care.

Because I never cared. Because thank God I have been chosen for my jobs as far as I know. And not because of how I look.

People are always critical. It's up to you to work on your self-esteem so that opinions don't affect you, to dedicate yourself to the things that you can change. It's not about fat or skinny, it's about physical and mental health.

This is fundamental, however, it does not justify that people come to want to screw the patience of others, with their value judgments and their disqualifications.

It is not justified and limits should be set. But on many occasions these are not respected, and I think the best thing is to strengthen and not wear out.

To get ahead beyond the defects, even, despite the immense criticisms and judgments against, it can also be done, to get ahead and triumph over the weight problems and the criticism that they make of us for that.

A fact that highlights the full freedom of the human being. And it reminds me that my greatest wealth is to have myself in my heart.

The delicate thing is that it serves as a handle for the "body positive" movement that has nothing positive about it.

The body positive or what I explain by way of reflection in this post DOES NOT PROMOTE OBESITY. It is to accept that there are people like that, and it should be respected. It is to understand that fat or skinny, NO one has to have an opinion about the other's body or discriminate. If someone is fat for whatever reason, it's nobody's problem. That person will know your process and will seek help if needed, etc.

What is sought is to accept that there are people with different bodies, and therefore they should not be mistreated, mocked, attacked. Being overweight is the problem of the one who has it. Judgment is the problem of who does it...

People criticize everything. If you're skinny, if you're fat. If you are single, if you are married, if you have or do not have children, even if you are disabled. Everything is a criticism. It is best to ignore these people.

Without a doubt, there are vulnerable people who do not know how to deal with criticism. Doing this is not easy, but sometimes you have to send the critics to hell that what they want is to make the other feel bad and these "others" do not see their own flaws in the mirror.

With insulin resistance it is also more complex, because it costs nothing to climb but a lot to lose weight. To this, I add the anxiety and the string of silly things that people say to you for being like that.

I have always been overweight, and I have struggled all my life with that. There are days that it hurts a lot and others that you actually decide to ignore idiocies.

Judgment comes when you have something that catches the eye, whatever it is!. In general, we lack empathy, as The Little Prince says: I see humans, but I don't see humanity.

Those of us who struggle with our weight live our own history, it's our internal struggle, it's an intrinsic problem and discrimination is left to the ignorant, to the poorly educated, to those who have problems with judgment. Not judging, applies to everyone. How do you handle these situations. see you in comments.
