There are different types of lifestyle;
We gave physical lifestyle, mental and emotional lifestyle and social lifestyles.
Physical lifestyle can also be categorized into three ways;
i. Exercise : like gyming ,jogging ,walking and running ,these are part of some people day to day activities. This is common among ladies and men ,who are trying to get into shape and also grow their muscles.
ii. Nutrition: balance diet is very essential for humans ,even domesticated animals. Nutritional value like vitamins, minerals and calcium and so on are good for the well being and a healthu life of an individual.

iii. Sleep and hydration: sleep and hydration are also under physical lifestyle. It makes someone feel refreshed and healthy.
Mental lifestyle: we have stress and anger management, it handles with how we manage stress and anger , stress and anger can be manage through therapy section.
Emotional lifestyle: love life and interpersonal relationships among people .
Daily habits ; a. time management: how we manage our time through planning ,organizing , implementing and evaluating.
b. Self care: skin care routines , hair care routines and studying routines.
Social lifestyle: this deals with our social life on social media or as an extrovert. People like content creators on tiktok , Instagram and Facebook. This is a lifestyle too, those who club and attend parties .
