Hola a todos, buenos dias, sieguiendo en este lugar, JASSY DEL LAGO, disfrutando como dije de la naturaleza a pleno y al salir a caminar por el llugar efectuando un reconocimiento, me encontre como les dije con esta planta de YACA, la misma se nota que es una planta nueva, por la cantidad de sus frutos, pero el detalle esta en que los mismos estan a punto de ser cosechados, bueno algunos les falta un poco, asi que amigos sin dudarlo, con permiso del encargado a quien no le agrada esta me dispuse a cosechar alguna de ellas.
Tomando una escalera que se hallaba en el lugar, puse manos a la obra, por supuesto que tambien he conseguido un macheta para poder cortar las mismas, entonces poniendo en pratica mis actitudes de ex-infante de marina, procedi a subirme a dicho arbol.
Luego de la escalera se hizo un poco dificil pero no imposible, entonces macheta en mano, me dispuse a elegir porque fruta comenzaria dicha cosecha, tal es asi que pude cosechar (6) de esta sabrosas frutas.
Luego de disfrutar unas horas mas, ya de regreso en casa, me dispuse a prepararme para disfrutar de la yaca, lo primero como se ve en la foto, es colocarnos unos guantes de latex o en su defecto agregarme bastante aceite de cosina en las manos y sobre el cuchillo a utilizar.
La verdad justo se presento un dia muy caluroso, es por eso que me encuentro como se ve en la foto. por supuesto bien comodo, porque no es tarea facil, preparar el contenido de esta fruta.
Luego de cortarla por la mitad, que esa manera se me hace mas facil todo, comence por quitar las semillas, las cuales se encuentra en una especia de capullo, el cual se acemeja a una porcion de carne de res muy tierna.
Como les comente comence a quitar las cemillas del capullo antes mencionado, lo cual esta parte es muy buena para elaborar jugo o licuado, al que se le agrega un poco de agua y hielo, lo otro que se ve como si fueran fideos tallarines, esa parte seria la carne de dicha fruta, con la que elaboro pizza y por supuesto tiene muchos beneficios.
Rferente al capullo que les menciones, prepare este licuado, le agregue poca agua de esa manera sale mucho mas espeso, con un sabor exquisito, mas cuando lo degustamos bien frio.
Alos que me siguen, alguna ves han podo leer algunos de mis post, donde he publicado LA YACA Y SUS BENEFICIOS, es muy importante, para el ser humano, mas para auellas personal que padecen el cancer, siendo esta fruta un remedio muy natural, tambien lo son sus hojas, a las que se las utiliza para ingerir como te.
