Simple cooking of my mother's favorite clear vegetable soup

    Each colored vegetable has different benefits for our health, like now I will cook vegetables with several colors that are very good for our health.




    Healthy vegetables are inseparable from how we process them, such as vegetables that are boiled without adding other spices such as coconut milk, and so on. It is true that boiled or steamed vegetables are much healthier than vegetables that are stir-fried with oil, as a child I always want to cook healthy food or vegetables for my mother, although not every day,but at least 3 times a week I always try to cook these boiled vegetables for my mother.

    As you can see from the photo, the vegetables are really clear and very fresh, because I didn't add any ground spices, I only chopped a little red onion and chopped green chilies to give it a little spiciness, because my mother also likes it a little spicy, she said, don't make it too bland, hehhe



    The vegetables that I use are also from various colors of vegetables, there are spinach vegetables, long beans vegetables, carrots vegetables and sweet corn vegetables, why do I use this corn so that my clear vegetable soup tastes sweeter, so I don't need to use any flavoring, it's really healthy, right? And it is very suitable to be eaten by my
    mother or child, only using a little salt for flavoring so it's not too bland. Okay, let's make this clear vegetable soup now, I will share the steps with you all, even though the method is very easy.


    Materials used

    2 bunches of spinach
    100 grams of long beans
    1 sweet corn
    1 carrot
    4 green chilies
    5 shallots
    3 lime leaves
    Salt to taste
    1 tomato


    Cooking procedure



    First


    Cut all the vegetables to taste, cut the spinach, sweet corn, carrots, tomatoes, chilies, and shallots.

    Second


    Wash all the chopped vegetables thoroughly, then take a pan and heat half the water in the pan, cook the water until it boils,

    Third


    After the water boils, add the vegetables one by one, starting with the shallots and chilies, then the long beans and carrots, because they are quite hard and take a long time to cook, don't forget to add salt, after the corn, carrots and long beans are half cooked, then add the spinach and tomatoes. Don't cook for too long. Once cooked, turn off the stove and serve.

    My clear vegetable soup is ready, and my mother and my child immediately ate it, while it's hot like this it tastes even better, especially when added with my favorite fish in chili sauce, it really whets our appetite at home.

    I deliberately chose the chilies so that my child wouldn't bite them. Can you imagine if my child bit the whole chilies, I think he would be very spicy, so I deliberately chose the chilies for myself to eat.Besides, if there are chilies like this, it's really delicious eaten with hot rice, isn't it?
