Some captures of last month

    Greetings everyone 🙌

I've been a photo freak from when I was young, even when I didn't have a phone. I always wanted to use the camera of any phone that came my way. I was different from other children who would want to go to game centers on a phone; my focus was always directed towards the camera part.

This is why, to this day, I snap everything that comes my way. Whenever my Church group members and I go to parties, I'm usually the photographer capturing every scene of the events. Oftentimes, they jokingly start lamenting about my snapping habits because most times, I take them unawares. Also, some of them are high-profile people in the group who do not always want to be photographed because, according to them, they're public figures.

    Do I mind?

    Not at all!
I love to take those photos, which usually get posted in the general WhatsApp group of the church. I receive applause for snapping the photos and bringing them to the group. In fact, immediately after we return from any event and I'm yet to share the photos on the WhatsApp group, I would get tagged and reminded by picture lovers in the group. Furthermore, I take those photos not only to send to them as the photographer of the unit but also to keep and use some of them for my posts. I keep them, not rushing because I know that there are times to come where I would need to use some of them to respond to a writing prompt.

    Some photo dump:

Last month was a photo-full month for me. I attended a burial ceremony in the village, and due to how obsessed I am with photos, I made sure to capture every moment.

I captured this early in the morning of the burial ceremony day when we went to arrange the arena for the event. This is a fruit that is mainly seen in thick forests. People see it and cut it during clearing of the forest to start a new farming season.
When I saw it in the hand of someone, I quickly rushed to collect it because it's been a very long time since I had it. I took the opportunity to snap and show it to my friends. I think it's only seen or, let me say, edible in Nigeria because I showed some of my non-Nigerian friends, and they said they've never seen such.

People know me to have very fine handwriting, so I was in charge of writing names and sticking them to the canopies for everyone coming to the event to easily locate their space.

This is a public figure, a well-known musician in my state. Because I love to capture everything, I went on to capture him on stage while he was playing the guitar and singing as well.

This is the cultural dance group that came. I made a video of them as well, and they were happy seeing me covering them.

    Some magicians:
It was a joy to watch some magicians perform acrobatic moves. It's really been a long while since I encountered such, and I made sure to take a clip of the show.

    That's it for now.

    Thanks for reading.
