Muchas son las veces que he pasado por este callejón del casco histórico, en mi camino a la casa del poeta José Antonio Ramos Sucre (lugar en donde se reúne el grupo literario Cielo de Esmalte, al cual pertenezco), pero nunca me atrevo a sacar el teléfono para sacar fotos (traumas con la delincuencia), pero el sábado pasé con un grupo grande de personas y aproveché para tomar fotografías de esa calle atrapada en el pasado.

Caminar por este callejón es romper las leyes del tiempo, sentirse en una ciudad distinta, disfrutar de un hermoso y florido paisaje, mientras divisas la iglesia Santa Inés, que recientemente fue nombrada basílica menor, monumento emblemático de nuestra Cumaná, importante patrimonio histórico y cultural.

Una de las cosas que más me gustan de ese paseo son los colores de las falladas de las casas y las flores que decoran el paisaje, especialmente esas bellísimas flores moradas que no he visto jamás en ningún otro lugar y cuyo nombre desconocía, pero que al parecer es Duranta erecta.

Estoy muy feliz de que mi hermosa Cumaná conserve estos paisajes de su patrimonio y que todos podamos disfrutarlos. Espero que ustedes también disfrutaran de acompañarme en este paseo.

Many times I have passed through this alley in the historic center, on my way to the house of the poet José Antonio Ramos Sucre (place where the literary group Cielo de Esmalte meets, to which I belong), but I never dare to take it out. the phone to take photos (traumas with crime), but on Saturday I spent it with a large group of people and took the opportunity to take photographs of that street trapped in the past.

Walking through this alley is breaking the laws of time, feeling in a different city, enjoying a beautiful and flowery landscape, while you see the Santa Inés church, which was recently named a minor basilica, an emblematic monument of our Cumaná, an important historical and cultural heritage. .

One of the things I like most about that walk are the colors of the facades of the houses and the flowers that decorate the landscape, especially those beautiful purple flowers that I have never seen anywhere else and whose name I did not know, but which seems to be Duranta erecta.
