Emotions plays a very important role in our life, it affects our speech, thought and behavior, so it is very important to manage or handle our emotions because it makes us acquire emotional knowledge.
It helps us build good and make good decisions and it make us live a happy life.
Recognizing and managing our emotions helps us build good relationship and it also important in our communication and it motivate us to do things right.

- Know your feelings: take a break and know what makes you happy,sad or weak a d by so doing you can manage your emotions.
- Talk to someone: talking to your family members or your friends on how to feel can help you manage your emotions and it can make you overcome any situation that come ar happen around you or your environment
- Take a step back : whenever you are overwhelmed with emotion, take a step back and address the situation in that way you can manage your emotions .
Recognizing and managing your emotions is a very strong tools to develop your emotional intelligence and it also help in building good relationship, creating self awareness and making good decision.
By recognizing and managing your emotion gives you the strength to control your feeling and reaction toward any problem.
By mastering the ability to manage and recognize your emotions, it make you develop good communication skills it also help you in your mental and Physical health and it makes you acquire more knowledge on emotional intelligence.
