Hola a todos, espero que sus días estén yendo de maravilla. Hoy paso por aquí para contarles un poco cómo han ido mis fines de semana últimamente. La verdad es que en pocas palabras han sido días con un poco de diversión, risas y comida deliciosa, es decir, un poco de las 3 cosas que más amo y disfruto. Porque aunque ir a crossfit no es lo mío, ver a otras personas competir me agradó bastante así que estuve allí gritando para apoyar.
Hello everyone, I hope your days are going great. I'm stopping by today to tell you a little bit about how my weekends have been going lately. The truth is that in a nutshell they have been days with a bit of fun, laughter and delicious food, that is, a bit of the 3 things I love and enjoy the most. Because even though going to crossfit is not my thing, watching other people compete was quite enjoyable for me so I was there shouting in support.
Siendo muy honesta me encantó mucho asistir a este evento de 3 semanas consecutivas viendo competir a los participantes entre ellos estaba José. Obviamente todos los gritos y aplausos iban para el pero justo después de que el pasará ya estaba yo emocionada también gritando por otros pero por supuesto que en apoyo también. Y mi emoción más grande e inesperada es que José ganó el primer lugar en su categoría.
To be very honest I loved attending this event for 3 consecutive weeks watching the participants compete among them was Jose. Obviously all the shouts and applause were for him but just after he passed I was already excited and shouting for others but of course in support as well. And my biggest and unexpected thrill was that Jose won first place in his category.
La primera y última semana fueron las mejores para él en la competencia. Así que una vez finalizaba, descansamos un rato y nos ibamos directo a celebrar como se merece, comiendo porque comer cosas ricas alegra el alma y el corazón. Una de estas celebraciones nos fuimos por una promoción de sushi en sushilight, la promoción constaba en pagar dos rollos y pedir 3, es decir 3x2. La verdad estuvo delicioso y nos encantó.
The first and last week were the best for him in the competition. So once it was over, we rested for a while and we went straight to celebrate as it deserves, eating because eating good things gladdens the heart and soul. One of these celebrations we went for a sushi promotion at sushilight, the promotion consisted in paying for two rolls and ordering 3, that is 3x2. The truth was delicious and we loved it.
Ya este fin de semana después de la competencia, nos fuimos por unos panes de bono porque tenía antojos de ellos desde hace mucho rato. Aquí en Medellín se consigue pan de bono en muchos locales pero hay que buscar el correcto para disfrutar de un buen pan de bono, pero está vez, probamos un local nuevo y la verdad nos sorprendió, pedimos dos y nos los entregaron calientitos. Estaban muy sabrosos. Le doy 10/10 a Mr. bono.
This weekend after the competition, we went for some pan de bono because we had been craving for them for a long time. Here in Medellín you can get pan de bono in many places but you have to look for the right one to enjoy a good pan de bono, but this time, we tried a new place and the truth surprised us, we ordered two and they gave them to us warm. They were very tasty. I give 10/10 to Mr. bono.
Ya para terminar el día, aproveché de ir a una tienda de maquillaje porque quería buscar un brillo para labios y una brocha para rubor y la verdad es que en Trendy del Viva Envigado tienen precios increíbles y una variedad de productos. Yo estaba encantada con todo, quería llevar muchas cosas pero pues por ahora solo llevé lo que realmente quería comprar. Por ambas cosas pagué 30 mil pesos colombianos.
To finish the day, I took the opportunity to go to a makeup store because I wanted to look for a lip gloss and a blush brush and the truth is that in Trendy del Viva Envigado they have incredible prices and a variety of products. I was delighted with everything, I wanted to take a lot of things but for now I only took what I really wanted to buy. For both things I paid 30 thousand Colombian pesos.
Y así terminó nuestro fin de semana después de la competencia, disfrutando de sodas y un bento familiar que estaba delicioso. No saben cuánto extrañaba está comida porque como saben me he estado cuidando bastante por el tema del estómago que aún está en recuperación. Aquí en Sarkus estábamos en compañía de una amiga y juntos la pasamos increíble.
And so ended our weekend after the competition, enjoying sodas and a family bento that was delicious. You don't know how much I missed this food because as you know I have been taking care of my stomach, which is still recovering. Here in Sarkus we were in the company of a friend and together we had an amazing time.
