Pizza for @qurator's hive chef contest

    Hello, friends! happy fungi Friday. This post is my contribution to the #fungiFriday community By @ewkaw. Also this post is my participation entry in @qurator's Top Hive Chef Pizza contest. Normally, we make pizza once a week on our vegetarian day and prepare it from scratch. The only difference is that we add different vegetables according to their availability. But each time, I like to add in the topping of any mushroom that is available that day.
    This time I found the Aroma Champignon in our food shop and I used it for
    Pizza.

    Ingredients:

    To make pizza dough :
    1.5 cups of white flour
    1/2 cup whole wheat course flour
    1 tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp dried yeast.
    for topping:
    4 florets of broccoli
    250 grams of aroma mushrooms
    1 red paprika
    1 white onion and 1/2 red onion.
    15-20 olives.
    250 grams of cheese I use normal Norwegian cheese
    For seasoning
    1 tsp dried basil
    1 tsp dried thyme
    1 tsp black pepper
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp sugar
    2 tbsp. tomato paste.
    3 cloves of garlic.

    Mix all dried ingredients for dough using lukewarm water need the dough and keep aside for 1/2 an hour. )

    After 1/2 an hour place the dough on a baking tray (I use mostly square baking trays to bake pizza.) to save energy.


    Mix spices with tomato paste

    Cut all vegetables

    Grate cheese

    Stir the vegetables in a skillet just to dry extra moisture same with onions

    Stir the mushrooms and sprinkle 1 tsp of cornstarch on them.

    keep them aside to cool down.

    Spread the tomato paste mixture on the dough

    Place onion rings.

    Then paprika and broccoli.

    Spread cheese

    Bake the prepared pizza in a preheated oven at 225°C for 20-25 minutes.

    Ready to eat
