In this blog, I'll show you some famous, or, you can say, traditional, dishes of Balochistan, Pakistan. Yesterday, I ate a traditional dish.
RoshI went 9.4 km away from my house their is a famous restauranrt Al mehfil in airport road quetta.
After reaching to our destination we entered and. I feel the smell of delicious foods which makes me more hungry so we went on rooftop and sit over their
Their was a peaceful environment you can feel the fresh air and makes you feels good your mind will be fresh
So finally it's time to order a popular dish of balochistan.So we order Rosh, White karai, and one lasi. Rosh is one of my fav dish
After 10 min over order came it's looks so delicious 😋
About rosh
Rosh is popular dish of quetta and in many district of balochistan it's famous or you can say traditional dish . Its is made with salted lamb meat that is rich in protein and has tender and juicey texture. Rosh is best enjoyed at dubai restaurant and Al mehfil where organic meat from fat- tailed sheep.
After eating rosh i taste white karai
White karai is aslo popular in quetta it's taste is like creamy and juicey chicken.
After Eating the food its time to drink something so we also ordered a Bottle of lasi.
About lassi
Lassi is also a popular drink in all over balochistan. Its is made with yogurt and cold or you can use normal water up to you it's is so refreshing and healthy you can drink in hot summer weather
