Walking Camila

The calm and cloudy mornings are ideal to go out and enjoy a serene walk, where the morning dew caresses us with subtlety, while a delicate trail of Andean cold overflows over these hot lands some freshness, which is why when conditions are favorable I do not hesitate for a second to undertake a tour through the streets of my own community. But this time I would have a very peculiar companion, since Camila, my little baby dog, would begin to go out with me to discover the wonders of the immense world where she had to live.

Paseando a Camila

Las mañanas tranquilas y nubladas son las ideales para salir y disfrutar de una caminata serena, en donde el rocío de la mañana nos acaricia con sutileza, mientras una delicada estela del frío andino desborda sobre estas tierras calientes algo de frescura, es por ello que cuando las condiciones son favorables no dudo un segundo en emprender un recorrido por las calles de mi propia comunidad. Pero en esta oportunidad contaría con una compañera bastante peculiar, ya que Camila, mi pequeña perrita bebé, comenzaría a salir a mi lado para de esta manera descubrir las maravillas del inmenso mundo en donde le tocó vivir.

With only a few months old she only thinks about running, playing, eating and sleeping, therefore, taking her out in the street allows her to burn a lot of energy, but at the same time it serves as training to improve her character and mold her momentum, so that in this way her energies and little by little I understand that life should be lived at a calmer pace.

Con solo pocos meses de nacida ella solo piensa en correr, jugar, comer y dormir, por lo tanto, sacarla a la calle permite que ella queme bastantes energías, pero al mismo tiempo le sirve de entrenamiento para mejorar su carácter y moldear su ímpetu, para que de esta forma sus energías y poco a poco entiendo que la vida se debe vivir a un ritmo más tranquilo.

On this occasion my bicycle was in the hands of my niece and while she was having fun from one side to the other I walked incessantly crossing blocks and going around blocks, thus generating a constant but undemanding physical exercise, since it is a mostly flat terrain where the streets are quite even, so moving on them is a walk that is done with a deep feeling of joy and the result is a great inner peace.

En esta ocasión mi bicicleta estaba en manos de mi sobrina y mientras ella se divertía de un lado a otro yo caminaba sin cesar cruzando cuadras y rodeando manzanas, generando así un ejercicio físico constante pero poco exigente, ya que se trata de un terreno mayoritariamente plano en donde las calles están bastante parejas, por lo cual desplazarse sobre ellas es un paseo que se realiza con un profundo sentimiento de alegría y queda como resultado una gran paz interna.

Walking and walking seems to be my destiny, but this is an activity that I assume with joy and courage, always with a positive mind and with the certainty that the results of constant exercise are invaluable treasures, which are reflected in health and in many other aspects of life that are necessary to enjoy a full and satisfying existence.

Caminar y caminar parece ser mi destino, pero esta es una actividad que asumo con alegría y con valor, siempre con mente positiva y con la seguridad de que los resultados que da el ejercicio constante son tesoros invaluables, los cuales se reflejan en la salud y en muchos otros aspectos de la vida que son necesarios para poder disfrutar de una existencia plena y satisfactoria.
