One good IPA, great food and one great IPA beer

This weekend, the weather was ideal for walking.
For this reason, we spent very little time at home and did not manage to organize to prepare lunch.
As we had to choose a restaurant where we would have lunch, "I brought water to my mill" and suggested going to the nearby "Bure piva(Beer Barrel)" pub, where the food is excellent...
And the beer is even better.

    Happy, happy, joy!

I could drink a more beer, because we walked to the pub.

And this is the first time in this community that I can post my post for #beersaturday challenge and especially because I drank two IPA beers, so I can give a comparison.

I drank Salto Pale Ale at home.
    I liked it.
Refreshing, it went well with snacks (shelled pistachios).

As a new craft beer drinker, it seemed OK to me, probably because I didn't have any other Pale Ales to compare it to.

But now that I had something to compare it to...
    Another story to tell.

Salto Pale Ale beer, in which hops are the main ingredient, gives the smell and taste citrus aromas and slight bitterness.
A thin body, slightly more carbonated beer, refreshing but not balanced enough, a beer that has an unbalanced balance of flavors, aromas and alcohol percentage.

In the pub "Bure piva(Beer Barrel)", with very strong food: Sausages with cheese, ribs in barbecue sauce and chicken wings, marinated in greens, as well as wings in honey and pepper, served with mozzarella balls, Salto Pale Ale beer, it was very impersonal, mild , compared to the other one I ordered.

This beer turned out to be the winner of the night:

Azzaca brut IPA, Tron brewery from Obrenovac.

*"This dry bubbly nectar spreads love and joy. The hug of tangerine and pineapple is so strong that you cannot separate it." *

Azacca is a Pink Brut IPA beer and contains 5.6% alcohol.
Brut IPA is not a common style of beer in our country and beers made in this way are closer to champagne than standard beers.

These beers are obtained with the help of special yeasts, which are used only in the production of this style. Azacca is prepared from quality ingredients that guarantee quality taste and unique aromas. This beer is dominated by strong shades of tangerine and pineapple, so this beer is usually the choice of those who do not like classic beer.

The beer has a beautiful orange/reddish/pink color, refreshing, strong citrus aroma.

And it went great with the food we ordered and ate at the restaurant.

In the short time I've been hanging out with you in the #Beer community, I've realized that I'm on a quest for the best craft beer, which can't end with a visit to two or three breweries...
