I'm going to review one of the new Korean series which is the 8 show. It is a series that people play a game in order to gain money from it. I'm going to review two episodes out of the eight episodes in this series and each episodes has more than one hour of streaming.
The director of this Korean movie series is Bae Jin Soo. I've watch this Korean Series in my Netflix and I've watched it last week. So, let's start with the two episodes for this and it started about a man who is in debt from his loans and other thing and even if he is working 24/7 he can't even pay the minimum loans to the people and the salary that he get can only sustain for him in one day.

He tirelessly working every day and every day there were lots of people that were finding him to pay his loans, pay his rental bills, and other stuffs and he decided to go the bridge to end his life but when he is about to jump, there is a text message from his phone and he took it out. He found out that he got a lot of money and he is wondering who sent that to him.
A car suddenly parks in his side to ride in it and decided to ride because he is devastated and he needed the money. He, then, entered in a theater and saw there were numbers and he pick a number which is three. Then, the show started.

A man was called "3rd floor" that represents his number on his door with other contestant that consists of 8 floors. The participants don't want to call them by their name, instead they call their names by their floor. He is one of the contestants in the game and there were lots of rules that they needed to follow in order not to get a penalty. Each floor has a screen inside their room and it represents the money that they will get after the show. For the 3rd floor, he can get roughly 30,000 Korean Won each minute and he things this is better than working in a store that pays low.

They met together early in the morning and he was surprise of the people on how did they also get there. The 1st to 8th floors, the 1st floor has limps and cannot walk straight, the 2nd floor is a cold person, the 4th floor is wary about the others, the 5th floor is friendly and likes to make settle things in a friendly manner, the 6th floor has a violent nature, the 7th floor is the smart one who likes to calculate things, and the 8th floor is a bubbly one and likes to do the things that she wants.
They didn't knew that the money generated by each floor is not equal and instead it was calculated by a "Fibonacci method" after they heard their sentiments about the game that they are about to play.

There is a countdown timer at the front door and if the countdown gets zero, it means the game was over and only the accumulated money that they get can bring them home. They discover that to get that timer up, is to run up and down tirelessly to get more time.
There were interesting scenes in the series and they also give their best to maintain the time and what interest me the most is how they manage to get through it.
Thoughts
I found out that this Korean series interesting to watch because we can relate this to reality now where the rich got richer and the poor got poorer. Even if the work hours were the same but when you are one of the top floors, you can get a luxury life. A life that you could ever imagine using your money.
I think that people were hungry for money and we can see in this Korean series that the participants don't like to end it directly because they can get rich by staying even an hour and their money will be rising. Even if I also participated, I would also definitely try it.
This Korean series is one of my best series in this year because it's fun to watch then struggling for that money and also discipline is the key to get them more richer and I would rate this two episodes 9/10 because of the flow of the story and their acts of the actors.
