It was a nasty day with lots of rain and cooling temperatures. I missed part of the day at work buying a car the day before, so I spent a little more time in the office catching up. I managed to mix in a short time on the elliptical and some walks around the office to keep my body feeling good while working. Lots of sickness in the family, so it'll probably be a quiet weekend even though I'm feeling good. I am hoping to make it to my hockey game on Sunday at least. I ate pretty healthy, so even though my activity numbers weren't huge I still stayed at a caloric deficit. Hoping to continue the trend over the weekend.
