Inserting a fairly long time in the morning for a morning run. Without realizing it, today's steps are almost close to 13k. Amazing, isn't it?
Actually, it just depends on your priorities, what you don't like the most, do it early in the day. I really don't like cardio, but I force myself even though it's very hard. But, I remember that I used to have 24 hours every day, how can I not spare 10% of it for exercise?
