I decided to clean some garbages and trash around my environment this morning after coming back from night shift. The importance of environmental sanitation and hygiene is that it keeps us safe from disease conditions, protect us from harsh climate (planting of trees helps to cool our climate because they gives us oxygen and use our carbon dioxide) and equally make our habitat suitable and conducive for us. Avoiding the things that destroy our habitat such as bush burning, deforestation, air pollution and application of harsh chemicals will make our environment to be calm and cool and most importantly aid us in having sound health.
