I've been craving chicken lately so I made Chicken Parmesan and Cordon bleu. Since I was cooking up a large package of chicken breasts I decided to make the two different recipes for freezer meals.
After, preparing the chicken and frying them until golden, I had enough Cordon bleu and Chicken Parmesan for 2 freezer meals each. Plus, we had some for dinner that night and a tossed salad.
The next time I go to the grocery store, I will buy two large packages of chicken breasts and one of thighs. I noticed that the freezer is getting low on prepared meals so I better get to it.
Now that Christmas is over it is time to take down all the decorations and deep clean the house during the next month, room by room. I've been inspired by Pam @goldenoakfarm to get the kitchen and pantry done. Winter is a great time for me to declutter and get re-organized before seed planting time begins.
This is when I really enjoy pulling a ready-made meal from the freezer and with that, I will say....
