Adeel and Kasim have been good friends since their childhood. Kasim was a person of short stature with curly hair, while Adeel was tall and had broad eyes. They both studied in the same school and university. Adeel was a brilliant student, while Kasim was just an ordinary student. But Adeel belonged to a poor family, so he was doing a job in the company of his friend Kasim.

He needed this job.
Mr Daim was also doing a job in this company. He was a kind-hearted person, who was used to supporting Adeel in his tough time. Adeel was also used to pour out his heart to him whenever he felt heavy. One day, Mr Daim ran to Adeel,
"Adeel! My friend! I have a good news." His happiness could be seen on his face.
"Good news? What is it? Ok... let me guess! Have you got a lottery?"
" Not less than the lottery. Do you remember the application I emailed to the UAE company for a job?"
" Yes, a month back...Right?"
"Yes! Yes! It has been approved. Omg...I am so happy Adeel. It's my last day in the company. "
Adeel was also happy for him. He congratulated him, but he got a bit sad to think about himself.
"Adeel! Don't worry my friend! I promise if I get settled there, I will also find a job for you there too."

On the other hand, Kasim was influenced by his friends and became addicted to drugs. He became a lazy person and slowly he started paying less attention to his business. His health deteriorated in a few months and he was not able to run his business. He got many losses and salaries of employees were also pending. He was not even able to pay his house rent. He decided to sell his company to pay all the debt he had taken from banks in the past few months. He got a good purchaser, so he asked his manager to arrange a meeting with him. To his surprise, he was none other but Adeel who was used to doing an ordinary job in his company.
"Adeel? Is this you? How is it possible?"
He said in amazement.
"Yes, Mr Kasim......Consistency is a way to success. Adeel said while he pulled out his glasses.
"So, are you ready for this deal? I hope your manager has already discussed the conditions with you.
"Yes! I...agreed!" He said in a state of confusion and bewilderment as he was left with no other option.
So now Adeel was the owner of Kasim's company. Soon the company got its previous condition back. After a few months, Mr Daim came back from Dubai. He came to the company to meet his Adeel, but he was bewildered to see Adeel as the owner of the company. He uttered only "So, Now the shoe is on the other foot!"
