Empiezo con este título, ya que en la mayor parte de los centros de salud de Venezuela, casi no se consigue los insumos, tratamientos y otras series de cosas que sería extenso hablarles...
Cómo bien saben, el martes 16 de abril, del presente año, fui atacada por tres perros y uno de ellos me mordió, no le di mucha importancia al principio, ya que ví fue un arañazo, me curé con jabón azúl y alcohol, luego me di un baño con agua caliente y caí rendida de todos los golpes que había recibido por las papitas de los animales.
Lo cierto es que a medida que fue transcurriendo las horas, en la noche de ese día, la herida se me torno morada por todo el alrededor, un gran moretón apareció en mi barriga, mayor susto, que empecé a escribirle a los miembros de mi familia que son doctores y me recomendaron ponerme la inyección antirrábica, quedé en acuerdo ponermela el dia miércoles, por ende, después de llevar a mi hija al colegio, acudí la ambulatorio más cercano par pegarme la inyección, cuál fue mi mayor sorpresa que no había, me dijeron que acudiera al seguro, cunado fuí estab amuy full, decidí ir tempranito el jueves, para ver si tenía suerte.
Al levantarme hoy, me dispuse a acomodar todo para llevar a mi hija al colegio y luego pasar por el centro de salud que me habían recomendado.
Cuando me tocó ir, tuve que calmarme una colita, que es casi normal en todas partes, pero era necesario, una vez adentro, esperé hasta que se hicieran las 8:00 am, ya que empiezan a atender a esa hora en inmunología, como faltaba casi una hora, me puse a leer noticias en las redes y a escuchar música relajante, para no estresarme.
De pronto llega la enfermera, faltando 10 minutos para las 8am, esperé que saliera, ya que entro y cerró la puerta, éramos 6 pacientes conmigo, tenía el turno número 4.
La enfermera se tardó uno minutos, abrió la puerta a las 8:10 am, se estaba cambiando y preparando todo para atender a los pacientes.
En fin, cuando entro el primer paciente, una vez que ella lo estaba anotando, le pedí permiso ala señora que seguía, para preguntarle algo a la enfermera, de tal manera que me dijera que debía hacer para pagarme la antirrábica, ya que me había mordido un perro el martes, aproveche de enseñarle la mordida, habia amanecido mas clara.
Naguara... Mi cara cambio drasticamente, cuando la enfermera me dijo que no había la vacuna, me quedé congelada y pregunté que hago ahora, a lo que no me quedé con la duda y se la manifesté, ella me dijo que este caso me podía pegar la toxoide, le indique que me la había pegado en noviembre del año pasado, la cual dirá un año. Por lo tanto no me tocaba. Entonces preocupada seguí preguntando y me dijo que me quedará tranquila porque con la toxoide estaba protegida y a decir verdad, salí con dudas de ello, solo me dispuse a dejar todo a la voluntad de Dios...
Salí con desaire, no sabía que hacer, a dónde acudir, me sentí desconcertada... Vi una farmacia, fui a preguntar al farmacéutico que hacer en ese caso, me dijo que debía tomar antibióticos, para contrarrestar en caso de infección, a lo que le volví a escribir a mi prima, estoy en la espera de su respuesta...
Solo de la angustia y preocupación, la impotencia de no saber que hacer, que me sentía tan desprotegida, empecé a Orar a Dios y dejar todo en sus manos, cuidándome desde casa y esperando a que mi prima me indique que antibiótico tomar...Orando porque todo mejore acá en Venezuela, para que podamos tener todo al alcance y vivir una vida mejor, como merecemos 🙌🙌🙌

The truth is that as the hours went by, in the night of that day, the wound became purple all around, a big bruise appeared on my belly, the bigger the scare, I started to write to my family members who are doctors and they recommended me to get the anti-rabies injection, I agreed to get it on Wednesday, therefore, after taking my daughter to school, I went to the nearest clinic to get the injection, what was my biggest surprise that there was none, they told me to go to the insurance, when I went I was very full, I decided to go early on Thursday, to see if I was lucky.
When I woke up today, I got ready to get everything ready to take my daughter to school and then go to the health center that had been recommended to me.
When it was my turn to go, I had to calm down a little tail, which is almost normal everywhere, but it was necessary, once inside, I waited until 8:00 am, since they start to attend at that time in immunology, as it was almost an hour, I started to read news on the networks and listen to relaxing music, not to stress.
Suddenly the nurse arrived, 10 minutes before 8am, I waited for her to leave, as she came in and closed the door, we were 6 patients with me, I had shift number 4.
The nurse took one minute, she opened the door at 8:10 am, she was changing and preparing everything to attend the patients.
Anyway, when the first patient came in, once she was writing it down, I asked permission to the lady who was next, to ask something to the nurse, so that she would tell me what to do to pay for the rabies, since I had been bitten by a dog on Tuesday, I took the opportunity to show her the bite, it had become clearer.

My face changed drastically, when the nurse told me that there was no vaccine, I was frozen and asked what to do now, to which I did not stay with the doubt and I told her, she told me that this case I could get the toxoid, I told her that I had gotten it in November last year, which will say a year. Therefore, it was not my turn. Then, worried, I continued asking and he told me that I would be calm because with the toxoid I was protected and to tell the truth, I left with doubts about it, I just decided to leave everything to the will of God....
I went out with disappointment, I did not know what to do, where to go, I felt bewildered? I saw a pharmacy, I went to ask the pharmacist what to do in that case, he told me that I should take antibiotics, to counteract in case of infection, to which I wrote again to my cousin, I am waiting for his response...
Just from the anguish and worry, the helplessness of not knowing what to do, that I felt so unprotected, I began to pray to God and leave everything in his hands, taking care of myself from home and waiting for my cousin to tell me which antibiotic to take... Praying that everything improves here in Venezuela, so that we can have everything within reach and live a better life, as we deserve 🙌🙌🙌
