A friend of mine who is currently in the United Kingdom called me today and expressed his disappointment with his brother and parents regarding their mismanagement of the business he entrusted to them. He shared sensitive details, but I couldn't judge him,I understand that his actions stem from the love he has for them. He doesn’t want to see his business fail. One of the reasons he traveled to the United Kingdom was to earn money to send back to them, so they could help grow the business. Unfortunately, those he entrusted with it are already mismanaging his finances and cannot account for a significant amount of money.

He was in so much pain, it must be incredibly difficult for a grown man to cry. I'm at a loss for words, especially since his parents and brother are involved. I feel hesitant to advise him on how to handle family matters. We’ve seen this scenario play out repeatedly, where people from foreign countries send money back home to help fund projects. Unfortunately, this money is often mismanaged. Some may use part of the funds to start a project but then spend the rest on personal expenses. This leads me to question whether putting people you trust in charge or sending money from abroad when you're not present is a wise decision.

    Who can you trust

Many people work incredibly hard to earn the money they send. When someone invests in a project, it's a sign of their trust in you. How can you betray that trust? Is it wrong to ask your parents for help? We know that sending money to strangers can be risky, but when you send money to your parents or siblings for a project, and they misuse it, it makes you question why some people can be so cruel. It's infuriating when they say they'll use the money quickly before the owner returns.

Many of these individuals are simply searching for opportunities, and they don't care who gets in their way; they will do whatever it takes to succeed. However, stealing from relatives and close friends doesn't make sense. It's much better to ask them for assistance. If they can't help, that's fine just let it go, because in life, you don't owe anyone anything. This situation makes me believe that people have two sides: their true selves and the persona they adopt when it comes to money. Whenever money is mentioned, they often behave differently than their usual selves, revealing how much it controls them.

    Money is different

Some people struggle to control their impulses around money. They fail to recognize the importance of relationships and prioritize money above all else. As a result, they often end up alone. When you betray your family and those who trust you for the sake of money or personal goals, it’s likely that those pursuits won’t last, and ultimately, everything will catch up with you.

    thanks for your time.
