Para las últimas horas del año, fue más familiar que nunca, lo cual, me encanta, al terminar la cena en mi hogar, salimos a casa de mi abuela y allí esperamos hasta las 12am, es decir 01/01/2025 y nos abrazamos como de costumbre y tradición, agradeciendo también que mi abuela MENCHA haya llegado a los 96 años en este 2024. Celebramos con una botella de vino, y debido a que es una calle muy concurrida muchos vecinos llegaron a dar su feliz año, especialmente a mi abuela.

Desde que tengo uso de razón, estás fechas son épocas de compartir con mi abuela. Forma parte de la tradición, que me encanta, en algunos años hemos optado por quedarnos en casa, y otros por irnos a casa de mi hermana, a veces también los cambios son buenos y naturales para aquellos que quieren comenzar el año nuevo diferente.

Anteriormente, había mayor concurrencia de familiares en casa de mi abuela, llegaban mis tíos y sus familiares, pero, actualmente, somos menos, un tío muy querido murió y su familia decidió irse por sus propias tradiciones, que realmente no juzgo, y otro tío se fue del país, llevando consigo a sus hijos y nietos. A mí en lo particular me gusta crear tradiciones, por eso, cuando alguien decide salirse de las costumbres que ya tenemos familiares para tener las propias, es una muestra de valentía, de crear sus propios valores y eso lo respeto enormemente.

Espero que este 2025 sea un año de bendiciones, que las metas que rondan mi mente y alma, se hagan realidad, que sea más consciente de mi momento presente y me ayude a vivirlo al máximo, y de alguna forma también deseo eso para todos los que me leen. Saludos y un feliz año nuevo.

For the last hours of the year, it was more familiar than ever, which I love, after finishing dinner at my home, we went to my grandmother's house and there we waited until 12am, that is, 01/01/2025 and we hugged each other as usual and tradition, also thanking that my grandmother MENCHA has reached 96 years in this 2024. We celebrated with a bottle of wine, and because it is a very busy street, many neighbors came to say happy new year, especially to my grandmother.

Since I can remember, these dates are times of sharing with my grandmother. It is part of the tradition, which I love, in some years we have chosen to stay at home, and others to go to my sister's house, sometimes changes are also good and natural for those who want to start the new year differently.

Previously, there was a greater attendance of relatives at my grandmother's house, my uncles and their relatives came, but, currently, there are fewer of us, a very dear uncle died and his family decided to leave for their own traditions, which I really do not judge, and another uncle left the country, taking his children and grandchildren with him. Personally, I like to create traditions, so when someone decides to leave the customs that we already have with our family to have their own, it is a sign of courage, of creating their own values and I respect that enormously.
