Today is day 33 of my #seven77 regimen. And boy was today a busy day! I got up with my son, had breakfast with him, and then my folks came over to help me with moving the armoires down to the basement where our new bedroom is located. We got that taken care of, then I clocked in for work. Worked all day, then went out for groceries. So I hit a serious step count, and still took the time to do my pushups and ab exercises! Go me!
