Another Route at Salemba, Just 4K for to Night

Hello everyone, how are you? Finally, I'm back to my routine. Trying to get back on track with the activities that have been set. The challenge of working as a freelancer is managing time. I'm optimistic that I can catch up on 50K in the near future.

Tonight, I tried another route in Salemba. Previously, I tried this route in the morning, only I slept well enough. So, if I forced myself to run in the morning I was worried that I would run out of breath again. Again, I ran at night.

This route started from Salemba to Jalan Pramuka passing the market and back to Salemba. I usually take my route if I walk. But, it turned out not to be 5K. Several times I stopped because I noticed my cellphone was having an error and I passed the market. In Jakarta, there are markets that open at night.

How about my Pace? This time it was different from yesterday, the total Pace reached 9:40 with a total time of 39 minutes. This run, was not as tiring as the beginning of the run. It seems, I need to change the running time in the morning so that I have more freedom. Because at night it turned out there were many traders at several points.

Pace for the first kilometer reached 9:48. Then in the second kilometer it reached 9:16. The third kilometer reached 10:10. In this kilometer I experienced obstacles, namely there was a market and my cellphone started to error. The last kilometer, Pace running reached 9:25.

With this condition, I am optimistic that I can reach more than 5K. Some of the benefits that I get when running regularly are that my body feels light. I feel healthier and can release some of my negative thoughts. That's all I can tell for this story. See you in another story
