Hello everyone, this ornamental tree is a clavelian (Caesalpinia pulcherrima - https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Caesalpinia_pulcherrima), very similar to the framboyans, although much smaller in size, just a few meters compared to the large tree such as the framboyan.
