What a beautiful Sunday with some sun ⛅️ shine today bringing loving atmosphere and making us to choose from this initiative what we desire best to create. And for my creative Sunday of today, I have prepared a healthy lunch you will love ❤️.
I usually love taking out time during the weekend to enjoy lots of vegetable 🥦 meals to replenish every energy lost during the working week. Vegetables always takes too much of our time preparing especially when you want it to come out clean, delicious and enjoyable. So today I planed a healthy lunch with lots of vegetables in salad unique garnishing. A very detailed recipe that I choose to bring, share and teach you. The end result so appetizing and irresistible.
Vegetables we can prepare in different ways using different vegetables that we love. Even as a side meal 🥘🥗, every touch of vegetable in our meals are very important as we derive lots of vitamins and minerals.
Here I will show you every ingredient involved and steps to prepare it in any version of your choice.
INGREDIENTS:
1 medium size cabbage 🥬
5 large finger carrots
1 cucumber 🥒 (later removed)
1 large boiled egg
Premium sugar
1 tablespoon of sea salt ( for washing)
STEPS FOR PREPARATION:
Step 1.
To prepare this healthy lunch garnished with vegetables, I will first prepare the cabbage 🥬 by removing some inner soft green leaves, then cut the ball size into two 2) .
Step 2.
And further will cut it into pieces to absorb water treatment while sterilizing it. And here I used “Water Care” to sterilize it, washing and putting it in a drainer to dry off water 💦.
Step 3.
I will slice the cabbage 🥬 in tiny cuts. The white part differently and the green side differently too.
Step 4.
Next is to clean the carrots, wash and allow to dry, then slash cut it, cut in straight lines again before I cut into dice shape.
Step 5.
Here I have the ingredients ready for mixing.
Step 6.
I will start by adding the white side of the cabbage 🥬 in a flat plate, in a circle ⭕️ touch.
Step 7.
Will then add the green part of the cabbage in another circle ⭕️ touch .
Step 8.
The carrot I will add at the center to close the middle, and some carrots touch on tops of the cabbage.
Step 9.
To make a salad mix, I introduced salad cream here. Will take half of the cabbage and carrots into a deep bowl 🥣, added some salad cream, a teaspoon premium sugar and will mixed them together to incorporate evenly.
Step 10.
Once the salad is mixed, I will introduce some boiled warm rice 🍚 and the boiled egg sliced In pieces. Dish the rice into the plate and will add the mixed salad 🥗 all on top of the rice.
Step 11.
Here we are as the meal is getting excitedly appetizing. All we need is patience 😀.
Step 12.
I will finally add the boiled egg all around the meal, giving it a continental look and touch that a lunch deserves before serving..
And its served in a unique style. A healthy lunch we all deserves because we need to always replenish our energy to stay thriving. This meal was worth the wait. Enjoyed and delicious.
