Hello, beautiful people of Hiveghana community, it's a new week with a new prompt, so, today I am going to be answering the third question that says;
What sound irritates you most in your whole life?
I am one person who hates noise, that's why I always love my space and my quiet time, I don't joke about it, I unconsciously become weak and worn out when I am in a noisy place for too long, so, I know when I am to be in a noisy place and when to leave the place.
I know when to play loud music, and when to not, when to do whatever I wish to do, and do them when I need to do them, do not like noisy places.
I can manage the screeching sound of the table on the floor, the generator noise, the children's noise, and the hammering sound from a carpenter doing his work, although these things give me a headache, especially a generator sound, but among all these sounds, and more that I can not remember, one sound that irritates me the most in my whole life is the blaring sound of a car horn, especially from our impatient driver.

I have lived in a noisy state and country all of my life but for the love of God, I still can never get used to the blaring sound of a car horn, I get easily irritated by this particular sound, and most times I join the passerby in shouting at the driver who is just impatient.
Like imagine when there is traffic congestion in the front and a driver just comes out expecting to overtake other drivers who have been in the traffic for a while now with his blaring horn, it is not just irritating that he is disturbing the eardrum of others but his annoying that he can see that there is traffic in front of him and others are all in standstill because of the traffic and he still decides to make noise with his horn and except these other drivers to give way for him.
The truck drivers make this thing more irritating when they start blaring their iron from a long distance and loud and even when they are in traffic, and they know too well that the small car drivers can not move, they start blaring their truck horns expecting the small drivers to start scrabbing for their lives because a truck is behind them which could lead to an accident at the end of the day.
I have lived in some noisy cities in my country but for some reason, I still can not get used to this particular noise, it is irritating. Most times there is no need for the blaring of the car horn but these drivers still do it and it gets me pissed. As a girl who has lived all her life in Nigeria, I am supposed to get used to this noise but for some reason, I can not get used to it nor can I adjust to the noise even when I do know I am going to live all my life hearing that noise, especially in my country.
