Hola amigos de #Familyandfriends feliz sabado, espero lo esten disfrutando, por aca este fin ha sido de encierro jeje pero compartir con ustedes algunas fotos del dia jueves que salimos al polideportivo a jugar un rato con los niños.
Hello friends of #Familyandfriends happy saturday, I hope you are enjoying it, here eate end has been of confinement hehe but share with you some photos of the day thursday we went out to the sports center to play a while with the kids.
La verdad es que llevamos semanas queriendo retomar el habito de caminar en las tardes con ellos porque sabemos lo beneficioso que resulta, pero es que hermanos el sol y el calor no han estado nada normal asi que salir de mi cuarto frio es una batalla enorme Jajaja pero Chris nos habia insistido tanto que al fin lo complacimos! Todos los dia descansamos un rato despues de comer, y este jueves Chris casi que ni durmió pendiente de levantarse arreglarse e irnos al poli 😂 pero bueno a las 5:30 ibamos saliendo con aquel sol aun fuerte, pero aprovechamos de pasar por el parque, los niños aman correr por aqui por cierto jeje aproveché para tomarnos una selfie y algunas a los niños, Chris con una pose de pelea😂
The truth is that we have been wanting to get back into the habit of walking in the afternoons with them for weeks because we know how beneficial it is, but the sun and the heat have not been normal so getting out of my cold room is a huge battle hahaha but Chris had been so patient that we finally pleased him! Every day we rest for a while after lunch, and this Thursday Chris almost didn't even sleep pending to get up and go to the cop 😂 but well at 5:30 we were leaving with that sun still strong, but we took the opportunity to stop by the park, the kids love to run around here by the way hehe I took the opportunity to take a selfie and some of the kids, Chris with a fighting pose😂
Luego llegamos y comenzó a ponerse el tiempo feo asi que dudamos sobre quedarnos pero bueno comenzó a pasar la tremenda nube asi que decidimos quedarnos, los niños aman este lugar porque pueden correr, subir, bajar, jugamos a las escondidas, jugamos con la pelota
Then we arrived and the weather started to get bad so we hesitated to stay but the cloud started to pass so we decided to stay, the kids love this place because they can run, climb, climb down, we played hide and seek, we played with the ball, we played with the ball, we played with the ball, we had a lot of fun.

Hicimos de todo un poco, y antes de regresarnos Chris hizo sus ejercicios, el cada dia hace 2 tabatas de Burpees y le ha ayudado muchisimo con su salud, aunque a veces no quiere hacerlos le insistimos y al final termina como nosotros, feliz de haber cumplido y hasta se mira los biceps jajaja
We did a little bit of everything, and before returning Chris did his exercises, he does 2 tabatas of Burpees every day and it has helped him a lot with his health, although sometimes he doesn't want to do them we insist and in the end he ends up like us, happy to have accomplished and he even looks at his biceps hahaha
En resumen fue una buena tarde-noche porque llegamos a casa pasadas las 7pm, sumamos pasos a nuestro dia, coleccionamos momentos junto a nuestros peques y respiramos aire fresco ¿Que mas podemos pedir? 💜
All in all it was a good evening because we got home after 7pm, added steps to our day, collected moments with our kids and breathed fresh air. What more could we ask for? 💜
