meditating, doing house chores, cycling, attending online class, finishing assignment
Dear friends,
Yesterday morning, I meditated for about thirty minutes. Actually, normal meditation session is one hour but I try to be as regular as possible as possible by taking half an hour time.
Then, in the afternoon, I made general-use liquid soap with the raw materials I bought from the market. My cousin sister ordered to make it and I stirred to make it with the DC motor. Before, I used to sell liquid soap but there were many competition to get a market place because it seemed that many people could make liquid soap, so I stopped selling them.
Then, in the evening, I went out cycling to the other side of the town as usual and did some physical workouts there for about 30 minutes. It was a pleasant evening there with the shades from the trees the playground path and the breeze.
And in the late evening, there was an online class from SPGA and the subject was "Education and Federalism". I had a chance to learn education system from other countries like India, Australia, Malaysia, and some other countries. I learnt that there should be a balance between Federal, States and townships, and a balance between shared rule and self-rule. Then I learnt how is role of the cooperation and coordination of teachers and students with communities, CSOs, businesses/industries and religious organizations. And there should be regular meetings between states and township level as well as with the Federal vertical and horizontal across in education. And I learnt the four Cs needed to be practiced in constant interstate meeting concerning education. They are consultation, cooperation, coordination and compromise. We also discussed about the roles of Federal, States and township, about who should conduct teacher trainings, who was responsible for creating curriculum, exams, who would pay for the education and how the power would be distributed. I learnt many things I can say.
Other times at, I did house chores - sweeping and mobbing floor, and I was able to finish and submit the assignment from MBA class late at night. Those were some of the activities for yesterday.
