En mi familia somos 3 hermanas hembras @annies-desserts, @itsjunevelasquez y mi persona, todas sufrimos de alergias a olores, polvo, peluza entre otras cosas. A mi cuando me da una de estas crisis alérgicas suele durarme días.

Lo peor de estas alergias es que se me hinchan los ojos, se me ponen llorosos y la luz me molesta muchísimo a tal punto que me da dolor de cabeza🧟. Para usar el teléfono debo colocarlo en el nivel más bajo de iluminación aunque eso no es problema ya que siempre lo tengo así. Dicen que cuando tienes los ojos claros más son los problemas que tienes con la vista y me he dado cuenta que es verdad esto me ha sucedido desde que soy muy pequeña. Cuando voy a dormir Tengo que taparme los ojos con una sábana o con una tela o lo que tenga la mano🙈 porque mis ojos empiezan a llorar del mismo malestar.

They say that when you have light eyes the more problems you have with your eyesight and I have realized that it is true, this has happened to me since I was very small. When I go to sleep I have to cover my eyes with a sheet or a cloth or whatever I can get my hands on🙈 because my eyes start to cry from the same discomfort.
En fin, acá les contaré en muy pocos paso como realicé este antifaz.

Materiales:
Tela de peluche o una tela que ustedes puedan usar, les recomiendo que sea suave para que no les moleste.
Hilo.
Aguja manual.
Tijera.
Alfileres.
Elástica delgada.
Máquina de coser. (opcional)
Lentes. ( Mi hija usa para jugar los de la foto, pero ya que son de adulto fue perfecto para el molde).
Materials:
Stuffed cloth or a fabric that you can use, I recommend that it is soft so that it does not bother you.
Thread.
Hand needle.
Scissors.
Pins.
Thin elastic.
Sewing machine (optional).
Glasses (My daughter uses the ones in the picture to play, but since they are for adults it was perfect for the mold).
Paso 1:
Colocamos las dos caras de la tela y encima los lentes, marcamos dejando un margen de dos dedos de ancho, esto es para que al momento de colocarnos el antifaz nos cubra bastante alrededor y no deje paso a la luz.
Step 1:
We place the two sides of the fabric and on top of the glasses, we mark leaving a margin of two fingers wide, this is so that at the time of placing the mask we cover enough around and not let the light pass.
Paso 2:
Cortamos el elástico a la medida de nuestra cabeza de manera que quede suave y en las esquinas lo colocamos dentro de la tela sosteniendo con un alfiler para que no se nos mueva.
Step 2:
We cut the elastic to the size of our head so that it is smooth and in the corners we place it inside the fabric holding it with a pin so that it does not move.
Paso 3:
Empezamos a coser desde todo alrededor dejando aproximadamente un centímetro y dejamos un espacio donde quedaría el tabique de nuestra nariz, esto para que al momento de darle la vuelta tengamos espacio y así podremos sacar bien las esquinas y darle bien la forma al antifaz.
Step 3:
We start sewing from all around leaving about a centimeter and leave a space where the septum of our nose would be, this so that when we turn it around we have space and so we can take out the corners well and give the shape to the mask.
Paso 4:
Con la ayuda de nuestra tijera le damos vuelta, ustedes pueden usar un palito si desean. Sacamos la forma del antifaz y con la aguja manual sellamos el orificio por donde dimos vuelta y con esto ya estaría terminado nuestro antifaz.
Step 4:
With the help of our scissors we turn it over, you can use a stick if you wish. We take out the shape of the mask and with the manual needle we seal the hole where we turned and with this our mask is finished.
