    Several months ago I entered this tool by mistake and I was stunned with the information I got. How I felt so bad, sad and depressed, I decided to forget what I had seen. 🥹🥲 Today again I dared to look for this information to be aware that the addiction I possess is making me sick, I share this as an example that could be useful to other people also motivated by the question that makes us today Inleo's calendar and what has specific relation with this community.

    In my experience, it's self-evident that I'm digitally active enough to jump into the digital space and be active in the space from morning to nightfall. I've had to resort to that on several occasions. Yet, I know best to keep my gadgets away whenever I'm involved in an important real-life event. For instance, when I'm taking a walk or doing any home chores, I try to completely stay off my gadgets.

    How I intend to maintain digital wellbein

    I have also set a screen time goal to reduce the amount of time i spend on my phone daily. Today only , I have spent about 6h 15m on my phone today already and this is just literally 10:00am that should tell you how much time I spend on my phone. I set the goal to automatically 9h for everyday which could change overtime. I have spent 6h today , so I it' very possibe i don't meet up with the goal.
