    Twelve days of Christmas

The initiative kickstarted by @silverd510 and followed by many community members to display their desired coins for this year's secret Santa (and after). I'm using it not just to show which items I'd love to receive as a gift to at least help out my secret Santa to find out what it is that I truly desire (inserts the voice of Tom Ellis from the series Lucifer here) but also to have my own little list to focus on once the new year starts.

    Christmas is near!

I took a few days off from publishing as I focussed on other stuff but as I will have little time this weekend as well, I figured let's get day 10 out quickly because Christmas is just 10 days away, woohoo!

Time flies in December, doesn't it? Here it always does, no matter how well I prepare some stuff, other things are always bound to get done last minute and still cause a little stress at the final days before it's finally Christmas.

    1oz Rainbow bridget silver round

Today I picked a coin that caught my eye at Intaglio mint. Yes, @silverd510, you were right saying I caught Intaglio mint fever, haha. In reality this was the easiest way to find some options I'd love to have in the future without browsing websites endlessly as I just don't have the time for that. I thought it was going to be easy finding 12 options, but with a little collection, it's quite hard to make a choice.

Today's choice is the round that's called "rainbow bridge" for all pet owners who once lost a pet that crossed the rainbow bridge. I think it's a nice memorable coin to think back about those dear furry house friends we once lost, no matter if it's a dog or a cat or another animal. Pet owners love them as if they're family members so a round to remember them is quite nice I think.

The coin is also available in copper for those that don't fancy the silver..

    Dear furr balls

I lost quite a few pets over the years, from my childhood on there was a dog as well as a bunny and some birds. All of them were burried in my grandparent's garden because this is how my grandfather was, he knew having a little cross to remember them would help me grieve and so he did this for me.

Personally, I love our pets as if they're part of the family and when one falls ill or dies, I'm heartbroken for a while. I'm hoping that the two cat ladies we have will be with us for a long time to come..

    Have a good Saturday!
