Welcome to my blog again. I am so glad that you are here again. Today i would like to share the recipe of onion potato fitters which also known aalu pyaj pakora . Even it is not much healthy recipe but in the rainy season this is the best snacks to enjoy , so during the rainy season pakora/ fittere should be enjoy 😄.
Pakora / fitters which is made by gram flour, some vegetables and spices not only a recipe but it's a emotions for the tea lovers, because it is the best snacks which we can enjoy at tea -time.
Fitters is a crunchy, tasty deep fried snacks, which we can make by 2 methods, one by making batter and second by dough. This time i will share the recipe of making batter. Where i used onion, tomato, chilli and bread to make varieties pakora.

Ingredients ✅
- Gram flour 2 cup
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
- Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Tumeric powder 1/2 tsp - Carom seeds 1/4 tsp
- Asofoedita ( Hing) one pinch
- Dry Fenugreek leave
- Onion 4
- Potato 2
- Green chilli 3-4
- Bread slices 2
Method to make fitters ✅
Preparation:
Step 1 :
First we have to make the batter. If you want to make for 5-6 person , take 2 cup gram flour.
Now add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, hing, carom seeds , Fenugreek leaves one by one. Mix all well and add water and make batter.
Make a thick batter so when you dip the vegetable they get perfect coating.
Step 2 :
Now take vegetables to your choice. Here i took onion , potato and chilli.
You have to thin slices of these vegetables. I cut like this.
Step 3 :
Now take a deep pan and add oil in it. Heat the oil.
Now take vegetables slices, dip them in the batter and put on the hot oil for deep fry.
When you they turn golden brown turn them , fried well and take off in the separate well.
