Dear friends who love good food and this wonderful coffee space. Today I want to share a sweet that is undoubtedly delicious, easy to prepare for those afternoons when we just want a homemade dessert to share with a friendly COFFEE. This recipe is very particular Chocolate Cupcakes, and it has a special ingredient that you would surely like to try. It has coffee, the coffee will help to subdue the flavor of the chocolate and of course we will enjoy it with a black coffee or coffee with milk. Sounds incredible right?
We start
125g butter
3 eggs
1 1/2" cup self-rising flour
1 cup of sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/4" cup of hot COFFEE
2 tbsp bitter cocoa powder
1/2" tsp baking powder
The good thing about this recipe is that it is not necessary to have an electric mixer, or professional mixer. It can be done with a manual mixer that we all have at home.
We melt the butter, in a bowl we beat the butter with the sugar until they come together well. We add the eggs one by one, mix, then the flour little by little, and then the cocoa previously sifted in the strainer. At this point add little by little and achieve a homogeneous mixture.
We continue with the hot coffee very carefully, and mix the ingredients well.
The oven must be preheated to 180°C, we add the mixture to each cape and put it in the oven for 20 minutes.
Then warm or when it cools, we enjoy it with a delicious black coffee or coffee with milk. In my case I preferred black coffee.
