Hello vegan friends, in the previous post I made a modern dessert, but today I will also make another dessert but this is a traditional dish of course with a soft taste and easy to make at home. I will invite you to prepare this dish, namely sumsum porridge. This sumsum porridge uses white rice flour as the basic ingredient. Sumsum porridge which is usually white in color but this time I will make it by giving green color from real pandan leaves into it for a slightly different color and taste. Actually you can also replace other colors in this dish such as telang paste.

First: prepare pandan water first. Wash and cut pandan leaves into small pieces so that they are easy to puree. Put in a blender until smooth. Then strain the dregs to get pandan water. Set aside

You can also use instant pandan paste if you want pandan-flavored sumsum porridge. I have a lot of pandan at home, so I decided to make my own pandan paste.

Second: prepare coconut milk. The coconut milk I use must be grated first. Then I blend it to get more coconut milk because it is smoother. You can also use instant coconut milk. Then strain to separate the dregs from the coconut milk.

This sumsum porridge has a very soft texture, delicious and sweet, the taste is very tempting and not disappointing as I said above. Bubur sumsum is usually made by my mother, when family members at home are not feeling well, but today I made it because I wanted to eat it. So I made it myself. Well, that's the sumsum porridge recipe that you can try and is very easy to follow at home. For those of you who have never tried this dish, try to make it, I'm sure you will like it.
