En la semana no pude trotar, he tenido varias actividades desde la edición y la universidad, por lo cual bajaron mis prácticas
Yesterday, after resting all day, I felt that in the afternoon I could jog about 5 kilometers, so I decided to go for a run.
Ayer, después que descanse en todo el día, sentí que en la tarde podría trotar unos 5 kilómetros, por lo cual me animé a correr.
The body observation, I focused on the abdominals and the strong footsteps to move forward, recently I understood the importance of working the abdominals so that the steps cover more, so my new goal in pilates and yoga are the abdominals.
La observación corporal, la enfoqué en los abdominales y la fuerte pisada para avanzar, hace poco comprendí la importancia de trabajar los abdominales para que los pasos abarquen más, por lo cual mi nueva meta en los pilates y el yoga son las abdominales.
As you can see my time this time lasted longer, that makes me understand that I did achieve a good time on my record in the last race.
Como pueden ver mi tiempo está vez duro más, eso me hace entender que si logré un buen tiempo en mi récord en la carrera pasada.
