Yo me encuentro feliz de poder compartir con ustedes un poco más de mi día a día en esta ocasión comparto una receta deliciosa 😋 que he elaborado para mi cumpleaños así que espero que te guste tanto como a nosotros.
I have made a delicious quesillo and for this I have used the following ingredients:
For the mix:
●5 Eggs.
●1 Can of liquid milk. ●1 can of condensed milk.
●Vanilla to taste.
●Rum to taste.
For the caramel:
●1 Cup of sugar.
●4 Tablespoons of water.
He elaborado un delicioso quesillo y para esto he utilizado los siguientes ingredientes:
** Para la mezcla:**
●5 Huevos.
●1 Lata de leche liquida.
●1 Lata de leche consensada.
●Vainilla al gusto.
●Ron al gusto.
Para el caramelo:
●1 Taza de azúcar.
●4 Cucharadas de agua.
🍮 Step 1: First of all I proceed to prepare the mixture of my cheese for this I use the blender which makes everything faster and more practical, I proceed to add the ingredients all together and mix until I obtain the liquid my mix as shown in the photographs:
🍮 Paso 1: Primero que nada procedo a preparar la mezcla de mi quesillo para esto hago uso de la licuadora lo cual hace que todo sea más rápido y practico, procedo agregar los ingredientes todos juntos y mezclo hasta obtener el líquido de mi mezcla como se muestra en las fotografias:
🍮 Step 2: As a second step I proceed to prepare the caramel that I will use as a base for my quesillo, I achieve this by adding the sugar together with the water in a pot and bring it to a simmer until I obtain a golden caramel and I proceed to add it in a container where I will later add the mixture.
🍮 Step 3: As a third and final step, I pour the mixture into the mold with caramel and bring it directly to low heat for approximately 45 minutes in a bain-marie since on this occasion I have done it on the stove.
🍮 Paso 2: Como segundo paso procedo a preparar el caramelo que utilizare como base para mi quesillo, esto lo consigo agregando en una olla el azúcar junto con el agua y llevo a fuego lento hasta obtener un caramelo dorado y procedo agregarlo en un envase donde luego agregaré la mezcla.
🍮 Paso 3: Como tercer y último paso procedo vaciar la mezcla en el molde con caramelo y llevo directo a fuego lento por aproximadamente 45 minutos en baño maria ya que en esta ocasión lo he hecho en la ornilla.
Finally leaving a delicious or rather exquisite sweet dessert to share as in this case on a special occasion like my birthday... I had a small problem when unmolding that made the edge a little red but it still looks great and the flavor It is certainly even better.
Quedando finalmente un delicioso o mejor dicho exquisito postre dulce para compartir como en este caso en una ocasión especial como lo es mi cumpleaños... Tuve un pequeño problema al desmoldar que hizo que quedara el borde un poco rojo pero aun luce genial y el sabor sin duda es aún mejor.
