☀️🌸🌼 IT IS TIME FOR SOME #SUNSHINE AND FLOWERS to break up my SNOWY POSTS 😇 don’t you think? Hahaha

After we parked our car on the parking 🅿️ we head into the shop / restaurant where you pay your entrance fee too. The fee is in high season £14,- and off season £11,- Source.
I got a little map with the layout of the gardens.
As we walk over the path into the gardens I am greeted already with some beautiful flowers 🌸
We peek around the corner and see paths out of grass we can wander over… 😊 so let’s go… and discover it all 😎🌸🐝
As it is the height of summer we see vibrant colours all around us. ☀️ the sun is shining what makes this visit very pleasant… (I am secretly wishing I was there right now, warming myself up)
The paths don’t show you everything at once, you really need to explore. A real discovery around each corner and bend 🤓
There are also artworks hidden behind vegetation. Here we see 2 hares 🐰🐰
Some paths guide you under arches covered fully in plants.
As we walk under it we see the plants are fruit trees. We see pears 🍐 and apples 🍏
The amount of flowers is amazing. Love it… the colours, the smells… 🥰
Even prickly thistles… a beautiful lavender colour they have.
Stunning white #flowers, so many on one bush. 🤍🤍🤍
I capture photo after photo… to show you what I saw wandering around.
Just look at the yellow colours 🌼
They also come in orange 🧡💛
As we walk further we find a statue from Geoff Hamilton. Source!
The most beautiful roses 🌹 look at the amount of petals.
Of course I see many details around us. Like this bark…
…on this large tree 🌳
Little greenhouses are splattered around.
A little fountain ⛲️
Paths going to different areas, inviting you to #explore. 😊
We see many many bees 🐝 around us. I capture this “little bee” 🐝 close up 🥰 hihihi I LOVE bees… as you might guess 😎
More #statues. This one fascinates me. Beautifully surrounded by plants. A well matured area.
We see a little pond.
Some lilies in a lot of different colours.
The large Dahlia.
Most flowers have little tags 🏷️ under them so you know their names.
To invite #children to explore and play #games they have put up #fairy houses. They had to go around the gardens and answer questions.
We also see a #Japanese garden.
I like the little lines in the sand.
The cute bridge in the distance is inviting, but let’s not disturb the stones that are nicely maintained haha
Here and there are little insect houses, this might need some updating 😂
More arches to wander through.
Patches with wildflowers… the bees and other #insects are so happy in this garden 🥰
Another twiggy sculpture… a pheasant.
Little huts 🛖 with probably some tools in them.
More roses 🌹
And beautiful purple thistles.
This is another area for the children. They had to find the name of a fairy through the symbols given to them 😁
Even without the game, you can play and here 🍄🍄🟫 around the cute mushrooms.
A large sunflower 🌻
They haven’t forgotten some chairs and benches around the gardens. You can sit, rest and enjoy the #views!
I love the amount of flowers around us, believe me I am only showing you a small portion of them today… we don’t want my post to go on and on and on hahaha 🤣
Stunning white lilies. I like this flower.
I capture a few more photos of them.
Suddenly we even see some fruit… blueberries 🫐 to be precise.
After we wandered for a while we reach the #veggie gardens.
There is a lot of #produce they use in their little #restaurant.
Courgettes
And much more…
Some cabbages.
Here they tell you what they do to prevent pests.
Next to the veggies we find more flowers, this is to attract the pollinators 🐝
Their compost area.
We wander further… we see a dove 🕊️
Sitting on top of the statue. I get closer to capture it.
Of course it flies away. Now we see the pond better.
Cute statue.
More arches to go through… it feels like a jungle 😁
How can we not take our time to see all the beautiful plants and flowers around us.
Oh another little pond.
This one has large waterlilies 🪷 in it.
This must be a playground for #frogs 🐸
A large peacock 🦚 what a great creation!
A little cabin.
With pathways all around it.
Of course more flowers too.
I see bees 🐝 everywhere and capture a few of them. 🥰

A maze, I can imagine the children that visit the gardens will have fun here 🤩

The flowers attract them, a bees #paradise 🥰
Everywhere we look today we see them working hard.
My favourite colour, purple 💜
We discovered so much from the gardens together today… but I don’t want to show you everything. You have to visit this beautiful place one day yourself.
We say good bye now… and walk to the parking 🅿️ but…
I see something 😁
Behind another car is a heap of wood chips/ #mulch.
On top of it I discover some stunning: mushrooms 🍄🟫
