A veces una como madre anda algo cansada para cocinar 😃 debido a esto tomé la decisión de salir a comer fuera de la casa 🏠, pero quería algo sano, con sabor de hogar y sobre todo accesible al bolsillo. Le dije a mi compañero fiel (mi hijo) que se bañara y arreglara que iríamos a almorzar en un restaurante. El feliz 😂😂😂 se arregló de inmediato. ¡De vez en cuando nos toca concertinos..!
¡Ya arreglados, nos fuimos a la vuelta de la esquina, me queda el Parador Turístico El Morocho..! Me decidí ir a ese lugar porque ya lo había visitado anteriormente y me quedo gustando sus comidas. Ya en el sitio pedimos dos menús, mi hijo pidió sopa de pollo, acompañado de arroz, tajada frita y Bistec encebollado; mi elección fue fosforera y de seco, arroz, ensalada rayada y pastel de chucho.
La comida estaba rica como siempre, lo que me encanta es ese sabor a leña que sobresale de las comidas y lo mejor, el acompañante perfecto en cada comida, el infaltable papelón con limón. Les cuento que tuvimos que llevarnos a casa la mitad de las comidas 🙈🙈🙈 porque las raciones que nos sirvieron eran mucho para nosotros y de glotones pedimos 2 menús. Para ser sincera, creo que con uno solo era suficiente 🤣🤣🤣.

Already in the place we ordered two menus, my son asked for chicken soup, accompanied by rice, fried slice and Bistec encebollado; my choice was fosforera and dry, rice, striped salad and pastel de chucho.
The food was delicious as always, what I love is that wood-fired flavor that stands out from the food and the best part, the perfect companion in every meal, the inevitable papelón with lemon. I tell you that we had to take home half of the meals 🙈🙈🙈🙈 because the portions we were served were too much for us and as gluttons we ordered 2 menus. To be honest, I think just one was enough 🤣🤣🤣🤣.
