6k staked zing achieved; what are my plans ahead?

Holozing has come a very long way if you consider how it all started. According to acid, it has been in the works for quite some time now and I think that’s the reason for it being the way it is. One thing about the game is that the developers didn’t rush the game and for that, we see that there are little to no errors in how the updates are being deployed to hive users.

For now, the game has not started yet. All we are doing now is to claim the drop the zing token; the in-game currency of the holozing game. There are so many ways to earn zing, some of which are by delegating hive power to the zingtoken account, providing liquidity, and also staking of zing.

When it was launched there were initially 4 ways to earn zing. This included the posh token part. I call it the posh token part cause if you were holding posh in your hive engine wallet you could claim zing by logging into the holozing site. It was a limited offer though as it was stated countless times by the team that the option would be off soon. And now it’s off.

I did enjoy holding posh for a while cause I was able to get the rewards from there as well.

Am not gonna lie, there are times I’ve wanted to just unstake part of my zing and use it for something. The only thing which holds me back all the time is that the game has not been released yet and I don’t know how important the staked zing will be to me in the near future.

Ever since we started the claim drop I’ve not unstaked a single zing so one will ask why is it that I have this amount considering I started early. Well, I’ve delegated only 1k hp to zingtoken for now, I have less than 2k hive power which makes it hard for me to delegate a lot of hive power. At the moment the APR keeps reducing which makes it really hard for you to keep earning the same zing you were earning when you started.

So what do I plan to do next?

Well, at the moment am still providing liquidity even though it’s a small percentage of the lot. It doesn’t matter cause am still able to earn liquid zing which is not much but am able to get from the reward pool for liquidity.

I think even when the game finally comes out we will still be able to get rewards for proving liquidity as it happens with other economies.

So now the next goal is to reach 10k staked zing before the game finally comes out. I think I can get to the amount before the game comes out as the official date has been announced yet even when the alpha will come out.

This is a game I think will be really exciting to play. With the way things are going, I really hope it leaves up to its hype. Let’s see how it goes.
