    Hello everyone. Welcome to my post again. This post, I take everyone to see the small vegetable garden and kitchen at my house. Many of the vegetables I grew in the home garden can now be harvested to eat. And this post, what vegetables did my wife harvest? Let's go.
    The morning before my son wakes up. My wife and I like to walk around the home garden in the morning. As my wife and I walked around the home garden, we see 4 luffa cylindrical that could already be harvested. And every time the wife harvests luffa cylindrical, she will cook stir-fried zucchini with eggs. But this time she added egg tofu as well.


    Additionally, she harvests green brinjal to cook spicy stir-fried green brinjal with pork. This dish also has basil, which is an ingredient that she harvests from the home garden too. But I forgot to take a picture of the basil.

    And we also often see many worms in the chemical free vegetables garden too.

    It's time to cook again. The first dish was stir-fried luffa cylindrical with eggs and egg tofu.

    Ingredients stir-fried luffa cylindrical with eggs and egg tofu.

    1. luffa cylindrical
    2. eggs
    3. egg tofu
    4. seasoning sauce
    5. oyster sauce
    6. pork flavour seasoning powder
    7. water

    Cut the luffa cylindrical and egg tofu.

    Stir-fried the luffa cylindrical in a pan until soft and add a little water to the pan. Then lightly stir-fried them with water until the luffa cylindrical is cooked.

    Then put the eggs in the pan and stir-fry with the luffa cylindrical and water in the pan until the eggs are cooked.

    Put the egg tofu in the pan and stir-fry a lightly, then season with oyster sauce, seasoning sauce and pork flavour seasoning powder. And stir until the egg tofu is cooked. Turn off the gas stove.

    Done, stir-fried luffa cylindrical with eggs and egg tofu.

    1. green brinjal
    2. pork
    3. shrimp paste
    4. garlic
    5. shallots
    6. cayenne pepper
    7. pork flavour seasoning powder
    8. basil
    9. water
    10. vegetable oil

    Pound shrimp paste, garlic, shallots, cayenne pepper in a mortar to make curry paste. And cut the green brinjal and chop the pork to make minced pork.


    Put a little vegetable oil in the pan, when the vegetable oil is hot, then add the curry paste to the pan and stir-fry until the curry paste is cooked and fragrant.

    Then add the minced pork to the pan and stir-fry with the curry paste until the minced pork is cooked.

    Put the cut green brinjal in a pan, then add a little water to the pan. Stir-fry until the eggplant is cooked.

    Season with pork flavour seasoning powder.

    Put the basil to the pan and stir a lightly. Then turn off the gas stove.

    Done, spicy stir-fried green brinjal with pork.
