Buenos dias a todos, que bueno que llego nuevamente el dia de descanso, lo digo por el fin de semana o sea domingo, en donde siempr como es la costumbre el de preparar para el almuerzo un rico asado, pero es bueno a veces cambiar ese habito, como por ejemplo esta rica comida, la cual se trata de pescado (pejerrey) el mismo es de rio, cortado en trozos pequeños al que le agregue, zanahoria, morron, cebolla, ajo,papa y condimente bien todo con sal fina, aceite de olivia, curcuma.
Luego de agregar todo en una bandeja, lo lleve al horno a temperatura media, una ves cocinado todo queda como se ve en la foto, la verdad todo muy rico.
