Hello Friends,
I've been making so many male figure drawings of late and I think this very one I made today has much drama than many others I had done. Though it was a pose from one of my little neighbors, I just saw him half naked that faithful morning and as usual, the sun was quite bright creating much contrast and drama on his body, so I took a snap as my reference picture.
I appeared quite free with my strokes in this drawing. Even though I wasn't so cautious of my strokes, I still made sure I didn't kill the beauty of the contrast needed in the drawing and at the same time, I paid more crucial attention to the depth. Drawing lately has been more of fun and freedom for me, and I feel I'll just keep enjoying it!
