Tempeh itself is a typical Indonesian food made from fermented soybeans, tempeh is very popular where I live, because this tempeh is not only cheap but also very tasty, and can also be processed into various dishes from being used as a side dish for rice and also a healthy snack. Today I will make tempeh as a side dish for rice combined with kale, and I will also share this recipe with all of you, follow the steps and how I cook it, guys.
Materials used
2 pieces of tempeh
2 cloves garlic
5 large red chilies
15 green cayenne peppers
1 tomato
Manufacturing Procedure
Wash the water spinach and cut it according to taste, then cut the tempeh into squares and fry the tempeh.
Next, while waiting for the tempeh to be fried until half cooked, I blended the fine spices first.
Remove the tempeh that has been fried until half cooked, then crush the tempeh using a wooden pestle, then saute the ground spices and add the tempeh that has been roughly ground.
Cook the tempeh with the ground spices until the spices are cooked and the water has reduced a little. Don't forget to add salt and a little mushroom stock, then add the water spinach and cook until the water spinach is wilted,
RESULTS
Taraa... My spicy stir-fried water spinach and tempeh is done, this is my first time making this, but as I expected, the taste is very delicious, very suitable for my lunch side dish today, I deliberately cooked the water spinach not until it was too wilted because I wanted to eat the water spinach so that it had a crunchy texture, and there were lots of spices along with the spicy sauce, basically the results of my cooking today were really satisfying.
For this dish, even though it's my first time cooking it, I highly recommend all of you to try making this dish as a side dish for your rice. I'm sure you'll finish a lot of rice if you cook this menu. Oh, if you like shrimp paste, you can add shrimp paste too. This time, I don't want to use shrimp paste.
