Today was a busy day again, but in a good way. I got to spend some time with the family and play some games on the computer. After the morning stretches, I did make it to the weight room,on back to back days.
So, a lot of my activity came from there, benchpress, a couple of different curls. Throw in some lunges along with dquat to shoulder press, finish up with some stiff legged good mornings and you have your activity.
When I got home I made brunch for the family and did some dishes.
